He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hornberger and Faye Hornberger (Thomas). He is survived by: his daughter Kathryn Valez (Andrew); and his siblings, Barb Luttrell (Jason), Scott Hornberger (Charlene) and LeeAnn Hornberger. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren.
