It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Herbert Fogleman Jr. of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 26, 2020, at the age of 59, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Doris Elaine Fogleman (Stuckey) and Herbert W. Fogleman, Sr. (Linda Fogleman); his wife Judy L. Fogleman (Stover); his children, Lance Fogleman, Alysia Mease (Derrick), Zachary, Elizabeth and Ian Fogleman; his grandchildren, Braxton and Vyla Mease; and his siblings, Raymond, Tanya, Tasha Fogleman and Kathy Lutz.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in his memory to the Fogleman Wounded Warriors Music Fest, 1536 Old Forge Rd., Annville, PA 17003.
