He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Frazier and Hilda Frazier (Teahl); and his siblings, Robert and Doreen Frazier. He is survived by: his wife Judy A. Frazier (Keller); his children, David W. Frazier (Any) of Barrington, NH, William M. Frazier (Jacquelyn) of Annville, Sabrina A. Frazier of Palmyra and Roberta J. Oatman (Anthony) of Manheim; his siblings, Lawrence Frazier (Carol) of Lebanon, James Frazier (Louella) of Fredericksburg and Geraline Knight (Floyd) of Annville; his grandchildren, Brianna, Patrick, Amanda, Autumn, Megan, Alyssa and Daphne; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Darren, Hailey, Finn, Isaac and Nixon.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lebanon County.
