She was predeceased by: her parents, James Blackwell and Mamie Blackwell (Shifflett); and her grandson Jonathan Nye. She is survived by: her children, Dawn Nye (Howard) and Brian Beam; her grandchildren, Rebecca Nye (Chris Sheetz), Gloria Gallagher (Charlie), Kristen Beam and Paul Beam; her great grandchildren, Genevieve Larsen, Gavin Olson, Keira Sheetz, Emelyn Sheetz, Christina Gallagher (Ryan Hoover) and Donny Brantley, Jr.; her great great grandchild Leyani Brantley; and her brother Daniel Blackwell (Claire).
