She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Werner and Sallie Werner (Dutweiler); her husband Harold L Powell; and her siblings, Dorothy Schwartz, Vivian Keefer and Arthur Werner Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Dale Valentine of Palmyra and Sherry Mann of Lebanon; her brother Stanley Werner of Florida; her grandchildren, Angela Zimmerman, Jamie Valentine, Chad Weaver and Christine Leon; and her great grandchildren, Amber Weaver, Lukas Zimmerman, Ryan Zimmerman, Thomas Zimmerman, Lidio Leon and Joaquin Leon.
