He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Kulp and Eleanor Kulp (Deimler). He is survived by: his sisters, Dorothy Mellinger and Betty Diener; his wife Beverly L. Kulp (Simmers); his children, Dixie L. Burke, Robert E. Kulp and Jarrod M. Kulp; his siblings, Martin Kulp and Karann Ditt; and his granddaughters, Jessica and Erin.
