He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest F. Rhoad, Sr. and Edna Rhoad (Leininger). He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Rhoad (DeLoatche); his children, Donna Eyler and Donald Rhoad; and his grandchildren, Shelby Eyler, Eric Rhoad and Adam Rhoad.
