We are sad to announce that on December 15, 2023, at the age of 84, Elaine Doris Ruddle of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, born in Hershey, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Ruddle (Pop) and Lillian Ruddle (Simmons); and her siblings, Leo, Wayne, Olin Bruce, Norman, Robert, Ruby Foltz, Nellie Kaley, Lillian Kemp, Ethel Blevins and Sarah Buatti.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Stotz of Middletown, Douglas Stotz of Palmyra and Jacqueline Allen (James Rudy) of Harrisburg; her grandsons, Justin Stotz and Zachary Stotz; her great grandchild Brooklynn Neely; and her siblings, Harold, Larry, Rodney (Carolyn) and Linda Zerbe (Ralph).
