He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Kulina and Helen Mayersky Kulina; his wife Mary M. Lavin Kulina; and his children, Thomas Kelly Kulina and K. Jane Fegley.
He is survived by: his children, Edward J. Kulina, Jr. of Harrisburg, James Kulina (Vicki) of Hummelstown, Sally Ann O'Rourke (Francis J.) of Palmyra, Mary F. Jurcisin (Thomas) of Cleveland and Kenneth J. Kulina (Kim) of Hershey. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
