He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant A. Wagner and Martha Grace Wagner (Scheetz); his wife Anna Lee Booher Wagner; and his siblings, James "Jim" Wagner and Gladys Wagner Annibali.
He is survived by: his close friend Don Barry; his sons, Allen (Diane) and William "Bill" (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Luke, Ashley, Marie, Alexandra "Alex", Kyle and Alyssa; his great grandchildren, Christopher, Caseley, Elias and Olivia; and his nephew David Annibali.
