He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hoffsmith and Annie Hoffsmith (Herr); and his siblings, Harold, Jim, Pauline and Lucille.
He is survived by: his spouse Marion (Graybill); his children, Tom (Judy), Beth Coffey (Steve), Karen Gerhart (Steve) and Tim (Belinda); and his grandchildren, David, Jennifer, Eric, Alexander, Kaylee, Stephen, Janelle, Nathan, Julia, Kevin, Lauren, Kent, Kyle and Joel.
Memorial Contributions may be made to Community Bible Church, the International Fellowship of Jews and Christians, and Hospice of Central Pennsylvania.
