It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy Louise Smiley of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 2, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Hedges and Louise Hedges (Yeagley). She is survived by: her husband Douglas Smiley; her grandmother Fittery (Dennis); her children, Mary Howard (Hank), Debra Heilman (Robert Jr), Kathleen Sremcich (Paul), Paul Smiley (Kerry) and Kent Smiley (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Ashley, Amanda, Tonya, Kristen, Alecia, Heather, Payton, Alexis, Zoey, Douglas II, Mackenzie, Hannah and Genevieve; her great grandchildren, Krysten, Raiden, Cheyenne, Destiny, Amaya, Paige, Riley, Kayanna, Makennah, Gyasi, Hunter, Chris Jr., Desiree, Jaxon, Everly, Jacailynn and Aden; her siblings, Edwin G Hedges, Robin J Hedges, Donald C Hedges and Berthena Vorodi; and her great grandchildren, Sam and Joel.
