He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Hetrick and Irene Hetrick (Eshelman). He is survived by: his wife Debbie L. Hetrick (Andrews); his son Wade Hetrick of Lebanon; his brothers, Ray (Donna Hetrick) of Palmyra and Tom (Joyce Hetrick) of Palmyra; and also Wilma (Dale Aucker) of Hershey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
