It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra A. Williams of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, born in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 24, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Garfield C. Hess and Joanne F. Martin (Dohner); her husband David L. Williams; and her stepfather Nathaniel Martin. She is survived by: her daughters, Amanda Misiti (Gary Misiti, Jr.) of Etters and Melissa A. Poindexter of Palmyra; her grandson Gavin Seguinot of Palmyra; her stepgrandchildren, Avianna of Etters, Carter of Etters and Ethan Misiti of Etters; and her siblings, Cindy Shay (William) of Lebanon, Gregory Hess (Tina) of Lebanon and Tami Kohr (Mike) of Lebanon. She is also survived by extended family and caring friends.
