He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Johnson Van Sant; his mother Shirley Porter Van Sant of Palmyra; his daughters, Kara Phipps (Jason) of Quarryville, Laura Van Sant (Robert Galloway) of Cochranville and Alyssa Kilby (Jason) of Nottingham; his grandchildren, Julia, Derek, Natalie Phipps, Brielle and Camryn Kilby; and his sister Denise Talley (Tom) of Palmyra.
