It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Daria A. Whitehead of Palmyra, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 25, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Scarpitti and Pasqualine Scarpitti (Deramo); and her daughter Daria Lyn Whitehead (Harvey H. Whitehead). She is survived by: her children, Harvey Whitehead (Carolyn) and Patricia Tinsman (Paul); and her grandchildren, Cara, Carly, Josh (Renee), Lynn (Andy), Ethan (Kelly), Cassidy (Jonathan), Chase, Conrad, Aidan, Gregory and Kylee.
Daria and her late Aunt Vin were very close and because of that the family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to Carlo DeStefano, 1133 S. DuPont Hwy New Castle, DE 19720 to be placed in the account for the care of Vinnie's disabled daughter.
