O'Brien (Baker); his daughters, Rhonda Leese (Brian) and Lynnette Quimby (Dean); his grandchildren, Natalie Ferry (Sean), Jonathan Chambers (Brittney) and Hannah Quimby; his great grandchild Owen Chambers; and his sisters, Celia O'Dell, Nancy Ptak (Edward) and Jane O'Brien.

In lieu of flowers memorial contribution can be made in his Memory to his Church.
