She was predeceased by: her parents, Rocco Vasile and Anna B. Vasile (Chervich); her husband Elwood I. Lentz; and her siblings, Vivian Atkins, Paul Vasile, Barbara Moore, Edward Vasile, John Vasile, Thomas Vasile, Annabelle Snook, Teresa Vasile and Mary Vasile.
She is survived by: her daughter Beverly J. Williard; her sisters, Betty Keller, Florence Sadler and Matilda Martin; and her grandchildren, Melissa Hand (Mike) and Todd Williard (Vennie). She is also survived by five great grandchildren; two step great grandchildren; and one great great grandson.
