He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John H. Rutherford, Sr., Mercedes and Isaiah Martin. He is survived by: his parents, Loretta Rutherford, (Martin) and John H. Rutherford, Jr. of Palmyra; his pet Angel; his grandmother Evelyn Grubb (Dennis) of Grantville; his aunts and uncles, Sherry, Donald Wilkinson, Gerald, Tammy Rutherford, Apsai Martin, Loriano, Monalissa Martin, Noah, Felixtina Martin, Kitson, Julie Martin, Peter, Tina Martin, Alvin, Cynthia Martin, Merselina, Elimer Cuasay, Pirkida and Lino Panuelo; his cousins, Imelda Rios, Carlos, Calvin, Patrick Martin and Aiesha Rios; and his close friend Kyle Stauffer.
