He was predeceased by: his parents, Claire White (Spangler) and Guy L. Forry; and his daughter Allison H. Maxwell. He is survived by: his children, Nathan B. White (Shawna L.) and April H. Miller (Freeman C. Miller, IV); his grandchildren, Freeman C. Miller, Elyse V. Eckert, Nathan B. White, Jr. and Joseph R. White; his former wife Terry L. Arndt; and his sister Donna Eckerd (Randy).
