He was predeceased by: his wife Maryanne Frable (Bower); and his parents, Arthur E. Frable and Arlene M. Frable (Silliman). He is survived by: his daughter Kay L. Kehm (Peggy Maher-Donschietz) of Whitehall; and his brothers, Robert, Douglas and Richard. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
