She was predeceased by: her mother Verda Heiney; her husband John Zelinsky, Jr.; and her daughter Nicole Merkel. She is survived by: her sons, Frank (Genna Zelinsky) of Farrell, PA and Jay (Marcy Zelinsky) of Palmerton; and her son-in-law Matt Merkel. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, and 3 great-grandchildren.
