He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Lisa K. Tupper (Hogan); his parents, Garrett B., Sr. and Margaret Tupper (Lynch); his children, Margaret "Maggie" and Stephen J.; his siblings, Allison Tupper of Holly Hill, FL. and Garrett B., Jr. (Aileen) of Williston Park, NY.; his mother-in-law Margaret Hogan of Kilkenny, Ireland.; his sister-in-law Victoria (James Walsh) of Wantagh, NY.; and his nieces and nephews, Caitlin Tupper, Samantha Walsh (Ricky Schneider), Garrett B., III and Robert Walsh.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Campton Funeral Home (525 Delaware Ave, Palmerton, PA 18071). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
