He was predeceased by: his spouse Epifania E. Rios (Rios); his father Modesto Rios Rojo; and his sister Amelia (Jesus "Chewie" Nunez) of Mexico. He is survived by: his children, Maria S. (Randy Smith) of Bowmanstown, Ricardo (Nancy S.) of Palmerton and Salvador, Jr. of Palmerton; his grandchildren, Miranda, Justina, Chad, Trisha and Shawn; and his stepgrandchildren, Amanda Rider, Jenny Rider, Lance Rider, Rodney Rider and Christopher Rider.
