He is survived by: his children, Richard L. Wagner II of Palmerton, Jana Boyer of Palmerton, Cynthia Peters of Allentown and Tiffani (Ronald Eyrich Jr.) of Bowmanstown; his grandchildren, Jospeh Peters Jr. (Erica), Kaylea (Jeremy Dietrich), Dominic, Novali, Bryce, Seth and Christian Eyrich; and his great grandchildren, Joey, Mackenzie, Alexis and Timothy James.
