Costenbader (Wallace); his children, Jenna Wallace (Andrew Everett) of Palmerton, Brianna Borger of Bethlehem, Karissa (Troy Green) of Linden, TN, MeKayla Wallace of Palmerton, Phill J., Jr. (Allissa) of Palmerton and Dakota (Kelly Dotter) of Palmerton; his grandchildren, Phill J., III, Hunter and Bellamia; his siblings, Renee Costenbader (Kevin Anthony) of Palmerton, Ronald R., Jr. of Lehighton, Tim (Penny) of Walnutport, Tom (Becky) of Palmerton, Jamie (Sherry) of Palmerton, Pat (Maria) of Palmerton, Jason of Palmerton, Eric (Jenelle) of Palmerton and Troy (Jackie) of Kunkletown; and his sisters-in-law, Jennifer L. Costenbader (George) and Joyce D. Costenbader (Brearman). He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
