He is survived by: his wife Kristie A. Hoffman (Strohl); his parents, Franklin J. Hoffman and Rosemarie A. Hoffman (Warnken) of Slatington; his sons, Gavin J. Hoffman and Austin J. Hoffman; his brother Robert J. Hoffman (Shannon) of Lehighton; his grandmothers, Rose Anthony and Marion Hoffman; and his siblings-in-law, Lori, Charles Kresge, Richard and Penny Strohl. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, Nieces & nephews.
