She was predeceased by: her parents, Vasili Kovalik and Ann Kovalik (Zitiak); her son Jeff; and her brother Paul. She is survived by: her husband Joseph J. Vargo; her son Jed (Loriann) of Pottsville; and her grandchildren, Jaiden and Jessica.
