He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Horn and Irene Horn (Emerson). He is survived by: his wife Joann M. Horn (Turoscy); his sons, Joshua of Palmerton and Jacob of Palmerton; his siblings, Debra Young of Palmerton and Drek of Palmerton; and his pet Choocho.
