He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wives, Palmerton and Belva (Elliston); his daughters, Julie Mintz (Ken), Maria Spencer and Kayla Mintz; his great grandchild Lydia Spencer; his siblings, David Williams (Marsha) and Betty (Steve Babinchak); his stepsister Janie Donchez; his friend Heike Brueck Winkelmann; and his son David. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews; his friend.
