Eastgate of Salisbury, MD, Janelle L. (Kevin Thomas) of Salisbury, MD. and Tyler J. (Lindsay Eastgate) of Hubert, NC.; her grandchildren, Wyatt, Max and Mia; her sister-in-law Carol Chintala of Coatesville, PA.; her niece Nikki; and her nephew Alex.
