It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Constance Bair (Palmerton, Pennsylvania), born in Newton, New Jersey, who passed away on March 17, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Barton R., Sr. and Margaret M. Hull (Hildebrandt); her sister Jacqueline Metzler; and her son-in-law George S. Weiss. She is survived by: her children, Kathie J. Weiss of Kunkletown, Stephen D. Bair (Victoria Gerard) of Palmerton and Phillip M. Hess of Palmerton; her granddaughter Antonia; her brother Barton R., Jr. (Denise Bair) of Bronson, FL.; and her close friend Robert Hess of Nazareth.
