She was predeceased by: her husband Leonard T. Homlak, Sr.; her parents, Stephen Stribula and Mary Stribula (Selka); her brothers, Anthony, John, Stephen and Joseph; and her daughter-in-law Denise L. Homlak (Wargo).
She is survived by: her children, Mary (Douglas Serfass) of Bethlehem, Catherine (Frank Facchiano) of Allentown, Gerard of Palmerton and Leonard, Jr. of Palmerton; her grandchildren, Angela, David, Gabrielle, Austin, Eva, Stephen and Christopher; and her great grandchild Evelynn.
