He is survived by: his wife Margaret Blischok (Gemmell); his children, Douglas Blischok (Sandra) of Berkeley Heights, NJ, Monica Schiksnis (Michael) of Flanders, NJ and Jennifer Owen (Michael) of Nazareth, PA; his siblings, Janet Lucas of Carbondale, PA, Kenneth Blischok of Brockton, PA and Robert Blischok (Dorene) of Concord, VA; and his grandchildren, Matthew Schiksnis, Dr. Morgan Schiksnis of Brianna Blischok, RN, Daniel Blischok, Connor Owen and Bridget Owen.
