She was predeceased by: her parents, A. J. Meinert and Stella Meinert (Cook). She is survived by: her husband Lloyd E. Browne; her children, Samantha Davis of Phoenixville, PA and Steven Browne of Thurmont, MD; and her brother Phillip Meinert of Springdale, Arkansas. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren and a nephew.
