She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter F. Dornblaser and Irene J. Dornblaser (Paulus); her husband Richard T. West; and her siblings, Walter Dornblaser, Jr. and Carolyn Lucykanish.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Hockin, Robyn Van Norman and Gary West. She is also survived by four grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
