It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty H. Burd of Palmer Township, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 30, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Betty H. Burd to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. Hackman and Helen Kugler Hackman; her husband Clyde C. Burd; and her sisters, Joyce Kowalchuk, Mildred Race and Shirley Boss.
She is survived by: her children, Clyde R. Burd (Donna) and Phyllis A. Fedon (John); her grandchildren, Jeffrey Christine, Stephen Christine, Alan Burd and Ashley Kajpust (Dan); her great grandchildren, Owen Burd, Savannah Kajpust, Skyler Burd, Austin Christine and Mackenzie Christine; and her sister Barbara Berry. She is also survived by numerous Nieces and Nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rupell Funeral Home (465 Memorial Pkwy, Phillipsburg, NJ 08865). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
