It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Barbara Joan Mitchell of Palmer Township, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 20, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wesley Edward Leigh and Margaret Bookock (Sidonia). She is survived by: her husband Tony; her children, Paula L. Rhinehart (Chris Mink) of Palmer Township and Stephen T. Mitchell (Jillmarie) of Greenwich Township, NJ; her grandchildren, Seth (Danika), Cade, Trey Rhinehart, Tyler, Cole and Madison Mitchell; and her great grandchildren, Roman and Niko Rhinehart.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Strunk Funeral Home, Inc. (2101 Northampton St, Easton, PA 18042). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 26th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
