He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ralph M. Bieler and Sara K. Bieler; his wife Kathleen Bieler (Weiss); his brother Joel Bieler; his siblings-in-law, Debbie Garlicki, Michael Boykin and Judy Weiss; and his cousin Robert Bieler (Ruth).
The family is requesting that all those attending the services wear a mask and be seated at appropriate distance from non-family members.
