He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter William and Marian Griffin Shepherd; his wife June Kathleen Stoops Shepherd (Kitty June); his son Robert S. Shepherd; and his son-in-law James H. Hamlin.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Kathleen Lefever (Eric) of Quarryville, PA and William S. Hamlin (Emily) of Oxford, PA; his great grandchildren, William Lefever and Carson Lefever; and his sisters, Pauline Sumner (Robert) of Media and Judith Mitchell (Daniel) of Morgantown.
