He was predeceased by: his parents, William Arthur and Edith Bea Kepler. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Hope Hamilton Kepler; his children, William Ronald Kepler, Jr. (Jamie Poole Kepler) and Kelly Kepler Myers (Brian James Myers) of Oxford; his grandchildren, William Hunter Kepler (Katie Williams), Cody James Kepler, Bailey James Myers and Daniel Paul Kepler; and his siblings, Larry Kepler (Ruthann Kepler), Judy Love (late Walter Love) and Darlene Gray (Steve Gray).
