He is survived by: his parents, William Lee Miller Jr. of Oxford, PA and Heidi Holland Miller of Rising Sun, MD.; his grandparents, John, Mary Jane Scarberry of Rising Sun, MD and Barbara McCaffery of New Castle, DE; his siblings, Coty Trevor Miller of Oxford, PA and Katelyn Jane Miller of Rising Sun, MD; his half-sister Kelcie Moore of Rising Sun, MD; his stepsister Amber Neyman; and also Dallas Moore. He is also survived by three nephews and one niece; as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
