We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Wendell B. Higgins of Oxford, Pennsylvania, born in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Higgins and Mary Higgins (Simmonds); his wife Christine Foley of Oxford, PA.; his daughters, Karen Raser (Kris) and Jill Hayes (Geoffrey); and his grandchildren, Molly, Pierce Raser, Paul, Dean and Nora Hayes.
Wendell bravely faced and battled Parkinson's Disease for over 25 years. For that reason, his family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in tribute to Michael J. Fox Foundation.
