She is survived by: her parents, William Hayworth and Thelma Hayworth; her boyfriend Fred Eggers; her son Mark Francart (Sierra); her grandson Blake Francart; her sister Debbie Piasecki (William); her sister-in-law Nancy Hayworth; and her nieces, Nikki Hershey (Timmy), Michelle DeEmilio (Mark) and Emily Delp (Philip).
