She was predeceased by: her parents, George Holland and Alma Atwood Holland. She is survived by: her husband Larry Dale Hazelwood; her son Larry Hazelwood, Jr. (Lauren) of Quarryville; her grandchildren, Gracie, Addie and Declan Hazelwood; and her siblings, Jerry Holland (Stacy) of Nottingham, Daniel Holland (Jamie) of Colora, MD, Margaret Holland of West Chester, Brenda Zimmerman (Ivan) of Nottingham and Connie Grinestaff (Dan) of Nottingham.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral costs.
