She was predeceased by: her spouse Russell B. Howell Sr.; her parent Reese B. Webb; and her children, Nancy W. Watson and Frederick D. Howell. She is survived by: her parent Osa Meadows Webb; and her sons, Russell B. Howell (Wilma) and James D. Howell (Linda).
