It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Samuel W. Neff Sr. of Oxford, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 21, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David W. Neff and Gertrude Wise Neff; and his siblings, Connie Bannister and Jackie Neff. He is survived by: his wife Linda Overton Neff; his sons, Samuel Neff, Jr. (Nicole) and John Neff (Tracy); his grandchildren, Christopher Evans (Brittany), Haylie Adams (James) and Gabryella Neff; and his brother Donald Neff (Kay).
