He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Geist Harvey; and his children, Debbie Parker (Rich) of Ellicott City, MD, Cathie Bryant (Steve) of Bel Air, MD and Rob Harvey, Jr. (Karen) of Elkton, MD. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
