He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Richard J. Weaver and Elizabeth Weaver (Winchester); his significant other Barbara Ann Hall; his significant other's daughter Lisa Mary Carroll (Hall); his granddaughter Courtney; his stepfather Horace McComsey; his daughter Lisa (Richard Carroll); and his grandchildren, Sarah and Zachary.
