It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard E. Phillips (Oxford, Pennsylvania), born in West Grove, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 12, 2019, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Marian Phillips; his parents, Donald K. Phillips and Abby Kaye Phillips; his daughter Rhonda McGee; and his siblings, Donald Phillips and Jane Giffing.
He is survived by: his close friend Nancy Fite; his daughters, Katrina Phillips of Montpelier, VT and Angela Marshall of Finlay, OH; and his sister Joyce McDowell of Oxford. He is also survived by three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
